If your personal life has taken a back seat to your career, you might consider a change..

For me, spending time alone is the key to being energized in the other moments. Reading newspapers, researching or books; and writing poems… This time off gives me a lot of energy to focus on other moments.

I’m also an early bird. All too often customers are surprised when they receive emails from me in the early morning. Completely clear, substantiated and well-formulated. 😉

Many people think I’m crazy when I start my day at 4 a.m. But I am in good company. Tim Cook took over for Steve Jobs as the CEO of Apple in 2011. He’s an early bird as well. “After rising at 3:45 a.m. each day, Cook straps on his Apple Watch so he can measure all of his activities, according to an article in The Telegraph. He arrives at the gym at 5 a.m. and is in the office by 6:30 a.m.” I love the early mornings! Silence gives me space to think and to go full-throttle.

By following my rhythm, I keep my energy high. I’m starting early, I’m working early. I sport: early or in the afternoon. I follow my energy and my body. This keeps me sharp when I work.

How do you maintain your energy levels?
